Our end of season party is held in two parts: the coaches spend the first hour presenting the swimmers with their team medals and achievement awards. At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, everyone can enjoy a sweet treat and spend some time swimming to conclude our season.

We will take a group team photo at 9AM, followed by optional individual/family photos. Donuts & ribbons and free swim will take place following the photos.

Each summer, the Chattahoochee Gold team sends one of their year-round coaches to run a free stroke clinic for our swimmers. It's a great opportunity for summer swimmers to get some more in-depth insights about the different stroke styles from a professional coach. This clinic is geared towards the 7/8 and 9/10 age groups, so if your swimmers fall in that category, they are welcome to come at 8:45 to warm up with the WWS coaches, and stay for the hour with Coach Penny. If you have an older swimmer who is also interested in attending, we'd love to have them as well.  Please RSVP if your swimmer plans to attend so that we can let the coaches know how many to expect for the clinic.

This meeting is an opportunity for you to learn more about how the season works, what is expected during practices, how meets are run and the volunteer jobs required during meets, and a general overview of the season's schedule. Two meeting times will be offered - select the one that best fits your schedule. An information packet will be available to pick up after the meeting if you are unable to make either time slot. 

If your swimmer will need a team suit, but you are unsure what size will fit them best, stop by the suit fitting at the WWS Clubhouse on Saturday, April 23 from 3-5. We will have an assortment of sizes to try on in both the boys and girls styles. If you would like to order a suit ahead of time but do not know which size you will need, simply select the "size unknown" option and we will make a note of the correct size for you during the fitting.
