Stingrays - 

The LT, our coaches, and counterparts at Park Bridge continue to monitor the weather carefully. We are well aligned around prioritizing experiences, both for swimmers and parents. These meets are about summer fun and childhood memories... we don't want to be miserable in the rain if we don't have to be. 

The good news is that we are both small teams with ~50 simmers. Our coaches have consolidated 28 events into 12, and there are only 11 events with a 2nd heat. This would be a quick meet.

Here are the outcomes of our 9AM huddle call with Park Bridge: 

• Currently the meet is still a go - but we are speaking again at 3:00 to check weather again and confirm. I'll send a push alert if anything changes.  
  
• The reschedule plan has changed. Should we call it off, rather than a virtual meet, we would instead pull next week's times into today's meet. I'll share details about that later. We have ruled out a "Weather Tie."
