If families want to drop off swimmers prior to parking, they need to enter the entrance closest to the pool. We will have it be a one way direction for the swim meets.

Parking

No vehicles may park on the street between the pool and the large white house. This area will be clearly marked with signs.

Parents may drive through the lot to drop off swimmers, but traffic will be one-way:

• Enter through the entrance closest to the large white house
• Exit through the opposite entrance

There are several streets branching off from the pool area where families may park. Parking is limited to one side of the street, and vehicles should not block driveways or mailboxes.

Concessions

Concessions will be cooked by our neighbor, who owns Talk of the Town Catering.

Menu:

• Hot Dogs
• Hamburgers

We accept both cash and cards.

Bullpen Area

The WWS bullpen area will be on the green-top space adjacent to the playground. The area is fenced and provides plenty of room for tents.

We will ask our swimmers to stay off the playground to try and reduce the amount of swimmers in the area, although some younger swimmers may wander there as the meet progresses. We will show your volunteers the path from the bullpen area to the pool deck.

There is also:

• A basketball court that shares a fence but not a gate, which our swimmers will primarily use. 
• Tennis/Pickleball courts that are off limits to swimmers and will be clearly marked

The green-top surface can be used with sidewalk chalk if your swimmers need an activity during downtime. We simply ask that swimmers not use Sharpies or permanent markers on the surface.

• Wildwood Springs Warm-Ups: 5:00 PM
• Meet Start: 5:30 PM

Weather

We do not have indoor shelter available.

If there is a weather delay, the best plan is for families to return to their vehicles and wait for further instructions. We will communicate updates as quickly as possible.
