Hello Stingray Families,

Tomorrow is a HOME meet against Iverness. We DO have swim practice as usual tomorrow morning. But, Fridays are for fun. Swimmers can come to the pool from 9:00 - 10:00 am to get their ribbons earned from the meet and grab a treat.

Remember - Parking is limited, so you are welcome to drop your swimmers off at the clubhouse before parking on the street and walking back - please follow all the posted parking signs in the neighborhood. Please be courteous by NOT parking at the tennis courts for the players that have matches at the same time as our swim meet.

Arrive by 4:00 to give your swimmers time to double check their event entries, mark their arms, and get settled before warmups. Our bullpens will be located behind the baby pool. Please remind swimmers to first check in with their bullpen parent to get settled with their age group. Events will be posted at the bullpens, but can also be accessed on your Swimtopia app for each swimmer.

This week's theme for the meet is pirates mate, so arghhhh dress to impress.

Please show up for the meet regardless of the weather. Any decisions about inclement weather are made by the head coaches, team reps, and the official if necessary. Make sure that all involved parents/guardians are included in your family profile, so they will receive any pertinent texts or emails concerning the meet.

Remind your swimmers to hydrate throughout the day as well as during the meet. There will be hamburgers, hotdogs, buttered noodles for sale at the meet, along with light concessions (drinks, chips, candy) for cash and credit.
