Stingray families,

Can you believe this is our last week of the season? Our coaches, swimmers and parents have done a fantastic job this summer to make our season such a success! Tomorrow, TUESDAY June 27 will be our final meet. We are swimming at Harrington Falls (12950 Harrington Drive, Alpharetta) and our theme for the evening is Green Out, so wear your favorite Stingray shirts in support of the team!

• There is only street parking available for this meet. Please plan to arrive early enough to park and walk back to the clubhouse. You may find it easier to drop your swimmer off first and meet them in the bullpen tents. Make sure to follow all posted parking signs in the neighborhood. 
• The summer heat has arrived. Please ensure that your swimmers (and you!) are properly hydrated throughout the day and bring plenty of water & sunscreen to the meet. 
• Our team warmups will begin at 4:45 pm. Note that this pool is shallow on both ends, so all swimmers will start their races in the water, regardless of age or distance. No dives will be permitted for this meet.
• Concessions will be available for cash or credit. They will be offering hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, snacks and beverages.
• We are still in need of 5 volunteer positions to be filled for the meet. Please remember that these positions are in place to help ensure the meet runs as smoothly as possible. If we do not have bullpen parents for a given age group, you will be responsible for your swimmers to show up at the blocks for each race - the coaches will not be chasing missing swimmers down!
