Stingray families,

This chilly weather makes it hard to believe it's time to prepare for swim team again but we are so excited for what this season will bring!

Our move to the Swimtopia site last year was so much smoother than we expected and we are excited to be using their platform again. Registration, a team website, volunteer assignments, the season's schedule and merchandise purchases can all take place here. There is also an app you can download to your phone for quick access to all of the website features.

While we are still working to update all the website areas for the current season, registration is now open for the Stingrays swim team and can be found at the following link:

• Early bird registration will end on April 15, after which the ASA fees will increase, so don't delay! Registration links for the Starfish lessons and Adult Stingrays practices will be open once we finalize details.
• We would really love to be able to increase our roster numbers for the 9/10, 11/12. 13/14, and over 15 age groups, so please have your swimmers spread the word about how much they love being part of the Stingray family! During registration, there is a section to let us know how you've heard about the team - make sure your friends list you as their referral. We'd love to reward those who are working hard as team ambassadors.
• For anyone who needs a new team suit, there will be a suit fitting at the WWS clubhouse in mid-April. More information to come soon and a sign up will be available on the Swimtopia site so you can RSVP that your family will be attending. If you would like to preorder your suit with regstration, but do not know which size to select, simply choose the "size unknown" option for the appropriate suit and we will update your preference at the time of the fitting.
