In case you missed it, tomorrow will be our annual free stroke clinic. This clinic is hosted by one of the Chattahoochee Gold coaches and is targeted for the 7-10 swimmers on our team. The coach will work on streamlining some of their techniques, as well as sharing information about the year round swim programs they offer. 

Your swimmers are welcome to come from 9-10 am, and can show up as early as 8:45 and stay until 10:15 if they like - our Stingrays coaches will work with them before and after the clinic, if they are interested. RSVP is not necessary, but will help the coaches to plan for the morning. All other age groups will meet at their regularly scheduled times.

Let us know if you have any questions. If your schedules permit, I highly recommend attending this clinic. It is always informative for the swimmers and gets them even more excited about the season.
