Are you or do you know an adult who likes to swim? The Atlanta Swim Association also has a division for you! The Adult Swim League is beginning and would love to have you as a member. This can be a great fit if you are looking for an organized lap swim time in the neighborhood, want to improve your swimming technique or really love the idea of competing in adult meets - your level of commitment is up to you. 

In the past, our adult swimmers have met for practice on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 7-8 pm (after our Stingrays open practice), and Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 7-8 am. The adult league is open to all swimmers age 19 and over. ASL meets are held once a month throughout the summer at various Atlanta pools and are pretty relaxed, with drinks & cookouts during the meet.
